Sony Ericcson Xperia Neo L MT25i smartphone made official with Android version4.0 ICS

Sony has just officially introduced its Android 4.0-powered smartphone in China, the Sony Xperia Neo L MT25i. This handset is become the first Sony’s smartphone to run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
The Sony Xperia Neo L MT25i smartphone is basically the successor to the Sony Ericsson Neo and Neo V phone. Coming in black and white color options, this new one is look quite stylish, also measures 121 x 61.1 x 12.2 mm with weighing 131.5 grams.


Inside of Xperia Neo L phone is a single-core 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor, 512MB of RAM, and 1GB of onboard storage. New Sony Xperia Neo L smartphone brings a 4-inch touchscreen display with FWVGA (854 x 480) resolution, a 5 megapixel camera on back with LED flash and capable to 720p video recording, and a front-facing VGA camera.

Other feature on Sony MT25i Xperia Neo L is a microSD card slot with up to 32GB support, HSDPA, and a 1,500 mAh battery.
