BlackBerry Blade Smartphone

This news is very important for Blackberry phone use fans.
The company has faced many problems, including declining sales. RIM definitely needs something that is going to propel the company back into the limelight,
They have just released info detailing a new concept for a BlackBerry Blade smartphone, which perhaps would help RIM turn the corner onto the correct path, should the company decide to adopt the idea.

As you can see from the image, the BlackBerry Blade concept features a slight curved design, with the screen sliding upwards to reveal the familiar BlackBerry keyboard. And according to the specification listed on the mock-up, the Blade would feature a 4.5-inch AMOLED display with 720p resolution and also have an impressive 1.5GHz quad-core processor. The Blade concept would also include a 12MP camera which would be capable of shooting 1080p at 60fps, as well as having a front facing 5MP camera.

The Blade would also have multiple connection ports including: micro HDMI, micro VGA and the de facto micro USB. If you want to check out the concept in more detail, head on over to the CrackBerry site for full info.

Apple’s Standards Slipping Since Steve Jobs’ Death,

Micheal Margolis was specifically talking about the new Apple TV UI, he said that new design was actually from 5 years ago and was actually turned down by the fastidious co-founder and Apple CEO Steve Jobs.
Margolis said: “Those new designs were tossed out 5 years ago because SJ didn’t like them,” Margolis announced via his official Twitter feed.

“Given that the iPad is far more successful than the AppleTV, migrating the AppleTV to look more like the iPad was probably a very smart move – even if some of the users of the old UI don’t prefer the new one.”
Margolis provides an insight into the design choices made by Apple for the new update, one that simplifies navigation and draws close comparisons to how apps are displayed on Apple’s smartphones and tablets
Apple is widely expected to release a full Apple HD product in the coming year. Jobs told biographer Walter Isaacson that he cracked the code to the TV, but it does not appear that Apple has yet implemented that vision.

Nokia Lumia 900 phone - the hero smartphone has been released..

The Nokia Lumia 900 for AT&T represents a number of firsts: it is the first high-end Windows Phone from Nokia to arrive in the U.S., it is the first 4G LTE smartphone from Nokia, and it is one of the first 4G LTE Windows Phones on the market.

Unfortunately, its not all peaches and roses with the Lumia 900, as its seemingly capable camera does not live up to expectations in real world performance. Additionally, the Windows Phone Marketplace still doesn't offer nearly as many apps as its iOS and Android counterparts, though it has grown tremendously in recent months.

Like the Lumia 800 that preceded it, the Lumia 900 features a stunning industrial design, great build quality, and a fantastic ClearBlack AMOLED display. Add in great network performance, solid battery life, and a fast and fluid user interface thanks to Windows Phone 7.5, and you start to see that AT&T and Nokia really might have a winner on their hands.
